Our lab in Zug is the first In-Country Partner (ICP) lab in Europe. ICPs are representatives of the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) in each respective country — Switzerland, in our case — and we can provide the following services:
- Certification/validation of coffee quality
- Cuppers training
- Cuppers certification
These services include the administration of all coffee sample evaluations, all associated invoicing, assigning samples to certified Q Graders and preparing certificates and reports.
